So, Paris is obviously an expensive city. The Ibis was a great economical stay for me. My room was clean and comfortable as you would expect from this price point in Paris. The staff was very friendly and helpful to me. Thank you so much. I enjoyed my 3 night stay here very much. Also the train station is about a 5 to 10 minute walk away and that was very convenient. I believe the taxi ride was only 25 to 30 Euros from Arc de Triomphe area. With that being said the parking garage below the hotel was a bit shady. The stairwell to the garage smelled very bad as drunks urinate in there after partying in nearby clubs. I had no problems but I did have police come up to me when I was leaving my car with my last bag and tell me the area was not safe. But, I told them I was staying in the Ibis above and they had no suggestions for me to park the car that was safe. Also, the turn into the parking garage was really tight and hard to navigate. Actually, I needed help to make the corner so I wouldn't hit my car on the wall.

This hotel is the best value for money in Paris. Its relatively near the center and easy to reach most lamndmarks. Even 20 min away from the main airport. There was good cleaning every day and 24h reception. Vending machines and breakfast with everything someone may need on holidays. For less than 100euro per day, including everything you find in more expensive hotel, I dont get the negative comments about the area and the cleaning. Right within five min walk you had great bakeries and other shops and even at the bad area, nobody cared and nobody annoys or harms you. You dont feel unsafe at all and trust me, we travelled with an 8 year old. What do people expect with that decent amount of money paid per night? You can perfectly go in central paris and pay 300+ per day and get almost the same facilities.

Room was tidy and you can use YouTube and Netflix on the telly in English which was great for the kids, shower was hot which is great, beds are not very comfortable, room was cleaned when I wanted the cleaners in, theirs a supermarket underneath on corner which is great for snacks and bottled drinks ect, area isn't the best my room looked out right onto the main road alot of noise from the cars ect other side view would be better and quiter, theirs a Lidle around the corner and down the street not far which is alot great for shopping, never tryed the breakfast in hotel so carnt give any feedback on that.

As in life, everything has its up and down sides. The location is just outside Montmartre, thirty minutes of a nonchalant walk and you're next to the magnificent Sacré-Cœur and spectacular views. Our bedsheets were changed daily, new towels and very clean room. Proximity to the metropolitan made it super easy to be next to the Louvre in 20-25 minutes. Just next to the exit there's multiple snack machines, as well as the coffee one. But 7 minute walk up to the city will lead you to a marvelous bakery on the right side. Try the pain au chocolat, they were omg, amazing!!

After reading the reviews, I was scared, but it turned out to be fine. I guess we were lucky. The location is close to several metro stations. I recommend using Garibaldi. The route from/to the metro was crowded and felt safe. Every day we returned when it was already dark and everything was ok. Check-in and check-out were super fast, and the personnel was kind and helpful. Breakfast consisted of different bread, cheese, ham, jams, etc. Simple, but fresh. There were also coffee machines.
